As a Post Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing new construction homes to ensure they meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety for clients and occupants alike.

Duties
Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from sites to create a spotless home
Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and floors with precision and care
Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with construction teams to identify areas needing extra attention or touch-up work
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment




Conduct final inspections to verify that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy

Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or post-construction settings
Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Positive communication skills to coordinate with team members and site managers
Nice-to-have: experience specifically in commercial cleaning or post-construction cleanup projects

Pay: $15.88-$28.45 per hour
