Under the Director of Standards & Policy Development, you will conduct policy research, analyze regulations, and help design and implement standards of practice across the college.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to three remote days, a starting base salary of CAD 125,417 to 131,689 plus perks, vacation, and pension.
