Join SkilledTradesBC as a Policy Development Specialist. This hybrid position involves significant project management and requires robust skills in policy analysis and stakeholder relations. As a key member of the Strategy & Performance team, you will independently manage complex policy initiatives that support SkilledTradesBC's mandate.

Your role includes facilitating stakeholder engagements, conducting thorough research, and providing actionable insights to enhance internal and external policies. This energetic position demands collaboration with senior leadership and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal and external policy measures
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in policy assessment
Conduct research to inform policy decisions




Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for executives
Organize external consultations for policy input Requirements:
Post-secondary education in public administration or related field
3+ years of relevant policy development experience
Solid ability to analyze and interpret data
Experience in public sector agencies preferred
