Sr. Power BI Developer / Lead

We are looking for a Sr. Power BI Developer / Lead with solid hands-on experience building enterprise BI solutions, developing complex dashboards, and optimizing data models and reports.

Must-Have Skills
10+ years of BI/Analytics experience with 5+ years in Power BI
Solid expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service
Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling
Robust SQL skills, including query optimization
Experience with Star/Snowflake Schema, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing
Hands-on experience with Power BI performance tuning, RLS, gateways, workspaces, and deployment pipelines
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have
Banking/Financial Services experience
Azure, Azure Synapse, ADF, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
Agile/Scrum experience
