Erin Park Lexus Toyota is currently looking for a full time Phone Receptionist to join our team. We are a family run dealership and we are dedicated to providing our guests with experiences that will not only meet, but exceed all of their expectations.

Exceptional customer service
Following up on service appointments and one day reminders
Completing general administrative tasks
Answering and directing incoming calls for sales and service department in a friendly manner
Ability to take ownership of a guest question or concern by directing them to the correct department and/or team member
Problem solving skill set

Qualifications:




Comfortable with continuous communication over the phone and online chat tools

Schedule:
A rotational work schedule to cover our opened hours between 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday
