A successful candidate should be emotionally intelligent, discreet, and adaptable, with over three years of relevant fundraising experience. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with major gift donors
Develop and manage donor engagement plans
Conduct personal visits to strengthen connections
Collaborate with team on fundraising strategies
Draft proposals and donor success stories Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
At least three years of fundraising experience
Proven track record in meeting fundraising goals
Proficiency with CRM systems
