Beanfield, a growing Canadian telecom with a solid west coast and eastern footprint, seeks an experienced Manager of Payroll & Benefits. You will own the payroll and advantages function, lead ADP Workforce Now administration, and partner with HR and finance to deliver accurate, compliant payroll services for 300–1,000 employees across Canada.

You’ll drive process improvements, support annual renewals, and contribute to employee experience with explicit communications and robust reporting.
