Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Must be able to work every weekend and evenings

Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
Conduct sales transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and issue receipts
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Answer phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette-

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
Solid sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets




Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change
Excellent communication skills
