Join Extendicare as a Part time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) dedicated to patient care. You will conduct thorough assessments, implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and communication regarding patient status. Your input will also help coordinate care conferences and respond to residents’ changing conditions. Key Responsibilities:
