Verify and code health records in accordance with CIHI standards
Input and manage data in the 3M-HDM system
Analyze patient information to uphold health centre standards
Maintain effective retrieval systems for health records
Collaborate with medical staff for accurate information exchange Requirements:
Completion of a CHIMA recognized HIM program
Certificate for CHIM credential eligibility
Previous experience with ICD-10-CA/CCI coding
Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and detail
