Mint Health & Drugs is looking for a Pharmacy Manager for our downtown Church Street location.

You will engage with patients facing unique challenges, aligning your efforts with community resources to ensure optimal healthcare access. This leadership position includes overseeing pharmacy staff and championing trauma-informed care principles. Key Responsibilities:
Assess recent and ongoing prescriptions for safety and effectiveness
Collaborate on developing personalized health plans




Prepare and dispense medications, providing specialized counseling
Manage chronic disease therapies and support substance use treatment
Supervise pharmacy staff to maintain secure practice

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Valid Alberta Pharmacy License in good standing
Transparent Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Checks
Direct patient care experience preferred
Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection beneficial
