Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Paver Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating paving machinery to create smooth, durable road surfaces while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful completion of asphalt paving projects that meet our high-quality standards.

Duties
Operate paver machines efficiently to lay asphalt according to project plans and specifications
Coordinate with crew members to ensure proper material placement and compaction
Conduct routine inspections of paving equipment, performing maintenance or reporting issues promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace in office
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed,



including daily activity logs and safety reports

Experience
Proven experience operating paving machinery in a construction or roadwork setting
Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators
Construction experience with experience in paving
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites
