Duties
Assess and appraise a wide variety of items brought in for pawn or sale, using technical knowledge and market awareness
Provide clear product demonstrations and explain loan or purchase terms to customers
Conduct merchandise merchandising to optimize product presentation and attract customer interest
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
Engage with customers through excellent communication skills, offering upselling opportunities to maximize sales
Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures,

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience in retail sales, especially in technology or product demonstration environments
Solid technical sales experience with the ability to perform product demos confidently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Organizational skills to manage time efficiently and keep the workspace tidy
Customer service orientation with a friendly, skilled demeanor focused on building trust and rapport
