Job Overview:

As a Pawnbroker – Sales & Lending Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer transactions, evaluating merchandise, and driving in-store sales. You’ll work directly with the public in a quick-paced retail and lending environment, helping customers get the cash they need or find the deal they’re after.

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with pawn loans, purchases, and sales
Evaluate and appraise items such as electronics, tools, jewelry, and more
Negotiate fair prices with customers and promote in-store deals
Maintain clean, organized product displays and sales floor
Monitor inventory, process transactions, and perform basic recordkeeping




Help meet daily sales targets and loan performance goals
Provide secure handling of cash and merchandise

What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail, sales, or pawnshop experience preferred
Robust sales skills with a friendly, persuasive attitude
Comfortable negotiating and discussing money/lending terms
Reliable, honest, and able to follow procedures closely
Good communication and basic computer skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
