We are looking for an experienced

Personal Lines Underwriter to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you'll review and underwrite personal lines insurance policies, including home, auto, and renters, while ensuring they meet company standards. You'll work closely with agents and clients to provide accurate and timely policy decisions.

Responsibilities:
Review and assess personal lines applications to evaluate risk.
Underwrite home, auto, and renters policies and determine terms and pricing.
Communicate underwriting decisions to agents and clients.
Ensure policies are updated and processed accurately.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices.
Document underwriting decisions and maintain risk management standards.

Requirements:
3+ years of personal lines underwriting experience.
Robust knowledge of home, auto, and property insurance products.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience using underwriting software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
