Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions
MUST have retail pharmacy experience/kroll knowledge essential
Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
Package and label medications accurately
Handle prescription inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
Enter prescription information into the computer system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems KROLL
