We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall fitness experience for our members while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Duties
Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
Educate clients on Pilates principles, movements, and advantages to enhance their understanding and practice.
Provide personalized instruction to accommodate varying skill levels and physical abilities.
Foster a welcoming and supportive setting that encourages client participation and growth.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide feedback, and track progress.
Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times while maintaining high attendance rates.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space,



including equipment upkeep.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating clients and creating a positive atmosphere during classes.

Requirements
Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited program is required.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (English/Mandarin) are preferred.
Proven time management skills to effectively handle class schedules and client interactions.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to educating others about the benefits of Pilates.
Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role is highly desirable.
