We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team, career position.
The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
Minimum 1 year experience with Kroll software is required.
This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Duties
Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Manage inventory and restock medications including front store and OTC
Process insurance claims and handle billing issues
Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience with Kroll software
Knowledge of medical terminology and third party billing
Experience with blister packs is preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
