Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to foster a friendly atmosphere
Support practitioners with preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment to maintain hygiene standards
Manage patient records accurately, including scheduling appointments and updating medical information
Provide basic patient care support, such as guiding patients through post-treatment instructions or answering general questions
Assist with administrative tasks like answering phones, handling patient inquiries, and managing clinic supplies
Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized,



and welcoming at all times
Support medication administration procedures under supervision when applicable, adhering to safety protocols

Requirements
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
Strong understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
