Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and independence
Support with medication administration following prescribed instructions to ensure safety and adherence
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive workplace for clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected living space
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals
Assist with transfers, positioning,



and mobility exercises to prevent falls and promote physical activity

Skills
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued
Robust background in senior care, home care, or caregiving roles with a focus on compassionate support
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards
Demonstrated ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary restrictions or preferences
