Job Summary

Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support clients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare specialists or family members




Support clients with mobility exercises and assistive device use to promote independence

Requirements
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
Robust caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently and safely
Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent recognized credential
Experience working with individuals with special needs or complex health conditions is an asset
