You will work under the Co-Director of Care, aiding in resident care and encouraging their independence.

Your responsibilities will include direct patient care, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and ensuring timely communication about residents’ health changes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct assistance with daily activities to residents
Observe and document patient health status changes
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care

Must have completed a recognized PSW training program
