Your responsibilities include monitoring residents’ conditions, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee residents' daily living activities and personal hygiene
Review shift reports and implement care plans
Document changes in residents’ health accurately
Train and guide non-registered nursing staff
Participate in quality assurance and safety measures Requirements:
Valid Medication Administration Certificate
Competency certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience with senior care is an advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
