This role focuses on delivering exceptional support by implementing proactive measures and resolving critical customer issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer communication and support processes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide feedback to improve services
Proactively monitor pCloud systems for performance
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Collaborate on projects improving support processes
Author technical articles for community resources Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of Python programming experience
Familiarity with serverless technologies
Working knowledge of API's and micro-services
