In this role, you will translate health knowledge into effective interventions, ensuring diverse populations receive the care needed. Your expertise in health promotion, primary health care, and epidemiology will be essential as you work with individuals and families across various outreach settings. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing services following the Population Health model
Implement health promotion and advocacy programs




Serve individuals, families, and communities through outreach
Collaborate with local organizations for community health initiatives
Utilize epidemiological knowledge for health improvements Requirements:
Nursing diploma from an accredited institution
Registration with the BCCNM
At least six months recent public health nursing experience
Valid BC Driver’s License required
