Kenworth Newfoundland & Labrador is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Mount Pearl location.

What You'll Do
Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts
Handle parts inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
Look up parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems
Prepare quotes and process parts orders
Maintain accurate parts and inventory records
Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure parts are available when required
Receive and organize incoming parts
Provide knowledgeable, professional customer service
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of proven parts experience
Automotive, heavy-duty truck, equipment, or similar parts experience preferred
Good mechanical knowledge and ability to identify components
Strong computer and parts lookup skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and able to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Reliable,
