In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and components, ensuring high-quality standards and a polished appearance.

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and consistency.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
Conduct quality inspections to verify finish quality, color consistency, and surface smoothness.
