This Instructor

Guard role reports to the Supervisor of Aquatics and requires a qualified with effective communication skills and a focus on inclusivity. You will be responsible for enforcing pool rules, providing high-quality swim instruction, and continuously enhancing the safety standards in the aquatic workplace while actively engaging with community members. Key Responsibilities:
Actively supervise thepool environment for safety
Conduct Lifesaving Society Swim programs
Address participant concerns and maintain safety protocols
Prepare weekly lesson plans and participant reports
Keep the aquatic area clean and organized Requirements:
Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard Certification
Swim Instructor and Lifesaving Instructor Certifications
Emergency First Aid and CPR “C” certified
Effective interpersonal skills and reliable time management
