Learning, we seek enthusiastic Teacher-Tutors passionate about fostering student success in grades K-9. Ideal candidates will have a relevant bachelor’s degree or substantial tutoring experience, ensuring proficient guidance for learners. You will be trained in our methods with no lesson planning required, focusing instead on direct interaction with students during after-school and evening hours. Key Responsibilities:
Teach up to three students in-person at various levels
Follow Oxford Learning’s proprietary methodologies
Complete post-lesson notes and daily updates
Maintain a qualified, friendly demeanor
Support students in overcoming academic challenges Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
Experience tutoring Kindergarten to Grade 9
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask with several students
