University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Pediatric Oncology Physician to join a weekly Survivorship Clinic for pediatric cancer survivors. You will address psychosocial and medical concerns, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan follow-up care.
Candidate must be licensed in Ontario with CPSO, and in valuable standing with CFPC or RCPSC. Prior cancer care experience and solid communication with families are highly valued. Adaptable, mostly in-person with some virtual visits.
