Job Overview

Our restaurant is a family restaurant that has been operating for more than 20 years. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for the food industry.

Customers often tip servers a lot, and you keep your own tips from dine-in tables.

Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for recent guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of food preparation standards.




Take phone orders and estimate pick-up time.
Stock up items, sauces, drink, and food for later usages.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required (students are welcome).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures in the restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining composure.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Schedule
Part-time: Preferably fixed but can be adaptable
