Assess and manage patient wounds and ostomy care
Provide educational resources for families and nursing teams
Support clinical consultation with internal teams
Engage in leadership within the clinical framework
Ensure collaboration with diverse healthcare stakeholders Requirements:
Certified Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence
At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
Experience in community health preferred
Canadian Nurses Association certification is an asset
