WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Supervise, coach, and review the work of financial reporting team members, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and completed within established reporting timelines.
- Prepare, review, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables, including consolidation working papers, financial statements, note disclosure schedules, and supporting analyses prepared in accordance with IFRS.
- Support public company reporting requirements, including quarterly reporting timelines, disclosure controls, audit committee materials, and compliance with applicable financial reporting and governance expectations.
- Support the design, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of ICFR-related processes and controls within the financial reporting function.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit requests,



resolve reporting inquiries, and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Research technical accounting matters and reporting developments, and support documentation of conclusions for financial statement and disclosure purposes.
- Maintain and enhance reporting templates, working papers, documentation, and standardized processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and control execution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Investments, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, AP, and IT to assess business and operational changes and support financial reporting objectives.
- Contribute to a proactive and flexible reporting team environment, supporting evolving business needs, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

- CPA designation required, with progressive financial reporting experience in a public company, public REIT, or similar public entity environment.
- Progressive finance experience, with demonstrated ability to lead team members, review work, manage priorities, and deliver under public reporting timelines.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, public entity reporting, ICFR, disclosure controls, external audit, and audit committee requirements.
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex transactions and communicate conclusions clearly.
- Advanced Excel skills and a process improvement mindset, with experience enhancing reporting templates, controls, and cross-functional workflows.
