Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise event staff during live events

- Oversee load-in, setup, seating, performance, and teardown

- Ensure events run smoothly and meet company standards

- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and musicians

- Manage staff assignments, breaks, and performance

- Handle real-time problem-solving and decision-making

What We're Looking For

- Solid leadership and communication skills

- Reliable, organized, solution-oriented

- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable enforcing policies and making decisions

- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or team leadership

- Availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification

- Driving Licence (G) (preferred)
