Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Programs Change & Training, you will craft engaging and effective learning materials tailored to meet specific learner needs.

From eLearning courses to instructor-led training, your work will play a vital role in supporting organizational objectives and enhancing performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging training materials for diverse learning styles
- Conduct sessions with stakeholders to define training needs
- Manage and deliver training events both digitally and onsite
- Create assessments to refine learning objectives
- Adapt existing content to enhance learner engagement Requirements:
- 2–5 years as a Training Specialist or similar
- Proficient with learning design software
- Experience in technical product training
- Robust facilitation and communication skills
