Housing is looking for a dedicated Peacekeeper to aid residents in 24/7 supported living apartments. Collaborating with SCIS, you will apply a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach tailored for individuals facing significant challenges. Your commitment to patience and empathy will facilitate a safer, harmonious living space for those who are often hard to house. Key Responsibilities:
- Mediate conflicts and foster understanding
- Write daily logs and incident reports thoroughly
- Engage in active listening with residents
- Work with team leads and authorities effectively Requirements:
- Solid interpersonal communication abilities
- Completion of conflict resolution training
- Maintain composure in pressure situations
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is essential
