Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Order Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Tile Shoppe. This role is vital in maintaining strong B2B relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
Strong Math skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong listening and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes

What You'll Do
Prepare and process sales orders and invoices
Handle customer return requests, process related documentation, and submit claims




Ensure that website inventory is up to date
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products
Arrange and coordinate shipments
Manage online orders, including order processing, cancellations, and refunds
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and other support duties
Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience
Proven experience in customer service, order processing, shipping and receiving, or supply chain coordination is an asset
Familiarity with SAP or equivalent software
