Optometrist position emphasizes patient engagement and accurate diagnosis. You will partner with Store Management to uphold clinical standards while mentoring Associate Doctors to ensure optimal performance and patient experiences. Contributing to a protected and inspiring work environment is key to your role, driving innovation and team success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead patient service execution adhering to clinical protocols
Build strong Doctor/Patient relationships
Coach and provide feedback to Associate Doctors
Implement effective patient transitions to sales associates
Support in achieving sales and exam growth targets Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry required
Must have recent knowledge of optical technology
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
High level of organizational skills
