Registered Optometrist – Part-Time

Highland Optical & Westmount Optical | Kitchener-Waterloo, ON

Highland Optical and Westmount Optical are seeking an Ontario Registered Optometrist interested in joining our growing, family-owned optical group in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Our immediate need is for an Optometrist 2–3 days per week, primarily Thursdays, Fridays, and most Saturdays, with the opportunity to grow alongside our two locations.

Highland Optical has proudly served the Kitchener-Waterloo community for over 30 years, while our recent Westmount Optical location in Waterloo represents the next chapter of our family business.

This is more than an opportunity to simply fill a schedule. We are looking for an Optometrist who wants the ability to develop and grow their own patient base within two established, professionally supported optical environments.

Who We're Looking For: We welcome Optometrists at all stages of their careers, including new graduates.

This opportunity would be particularly well suited to an Optometrist who is looking for the independence of building a practice without having to take on the overhead, staffing, equipment and administrative responsibilities of opening a clinic from scratch.

Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with an Optometrist who can grow with both locations and become an important part of the communities we serve.

Schedule:

Our current need is 2–3 days per week, primarily:
Thursdays
Fridays
Most Saturdays

There is potential for the schedule and opportunity to expand over time.
