Duties
Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Engage clients with excellent customer service by understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations
Upsell retail products like skincare items, and tools to enhance the client experience and increase sales
Assist with body waxing services when qualified to diversify service offerings




Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails
Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing a lively and positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Requirements
Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, or nail art
Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work setting
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service
Experience or interest in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting additional services or products
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced setting
