Inpho is developing next-gen electro-photonic chips and is looking for an experienced engineer to enhance the reliability of InP-based devices, including lasers and photodetectors.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, focusing on understanding failure mechanisms and improving product design through rigorous reliability characterization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead reliability assessment for lasers, modulator, and photodiodes
Investigate optical degradation mechanisms and relate them to device physics




Develop methodologies for reliability screening of optical devices
Analyze key optical parameters impacting device performance
Define reliability requirements in product development phases Requirements:
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
3+ years in semiconductor or photonic reliability engineering
Profound knowledge of III-V semiconductor device physics
Familiarity with Telcordia GR-468 standards
