Director reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee tax compliance and strategic planning, particularly in international tax matters, including Australia. You will build a high-performing tax team and drive growth through strategic decision-making and comprehensive oversight of tax processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage tax compliance and oversee all returns and filings
Lead annual global tax provision for financial reporting
Collaborate on strategic tax planning for M&A; activities
Develop risk management and audit strategies
Stay updated on legislative changes, providing stakeholder training Requirements:
10+ years of tax experience in complex jurisdictions
CPA designation and in-depth knowledge of corporate taxation
Proven experience with audits, disputes, and risk management
Solid communication skills for executive and board interactions
Ability to lead and mentor high-performance teams Shape tax strategy and lead your team to success at NACG.
