Manage and coach a team of technicians in safety practices
Plan and assess resources for commissioning activities




Develop procedures for commissioning and safety compliance
Oversee energization and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Ensure compliance with CSA, NEC, IEEE, and local standards Requirements:
Proven experience with medium-voltage electrical systems
Familiarity with MV switching and safety protocols
Experience leading technical teams in electrical projects
