Required Qualifications:
At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills Experience in the telecom/optical industry.
Thorough understanding of optical standards related to DWDM and line systems.
Robust experience in optical technologies and optical line systems, including DWDM, ROADM, amplifiers, Raman, OTDR, DGE, etc.
Prior experience in the architecture and design of optical/telecom embedded systems.
Excellent hands-on experience with operating systems, object-oriented design, and C++.
Ability to define detailed software requirements and system/software architecture, working closely with software architects and designers, based on high-level product requirements for next-generation Optical Line System.
Excellent communication skills required.
Highly desirable to have the ability or prior experience as a Product Owner (PO) in Scrum teams.
Highly desirable to have a robust understanding of Agile Scrum and AI.
