The Operations

Executive role requires close collaboration with the Executive Director to enhance Ark Aid’s mission-driven initiatives. You will oversee key functions including finance, HR, and organizational culture, making critical decisions to ensure the organization remains resilient in its growth. Evaluate and direct the strategic operational portfolio
Manage the multi-million dollar budget and resource allocation
Ensure compliance across all governance frameworks




Lead processes for financial forecasting and risk management
Mentor managers to cultivate leadership capacity Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
8–12 years of leadership experience in nonprofit or related sectors
Proven track record in financial sustainability strategies
Expertise in contract negotiation and funder relations
