The successful candidate will take charge of launching and managing the ophthalmology program, focusing on patient-centered care and high-quality service. Strong leadership in building and retaining a high-performing team is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and operation of the ophthalmology program
Build and manage a high-performing perioperative staff
Establish cooperative relationships with partners and organizations




Design scalable care delivery models for efficiency
Lead quality improvement initiatives and budget management

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
5+ years in Perioperative Services
Experience in managing teams in dynamic settings
Proven ability to innovate and implement process improvements
