Deliver exceptional service as a Patient Access Representative at Olathe Health. This full time position includes managing patient check-in and scheduling duties from Monday to Friday. Located in the specialty clinic at Olathe Medical Pavilion, this role focuses on providing first-class customer service.

You will greet patients, collect and verify critical information, and assist with appointment scheduling. Financial discussions with patients must be handled professionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency in care. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients during check-in
Verify and process patient demographic data
Maintain appointment schedules and handle reminders
Efficiently answer phone calls and relay messages
Manage co-pays and end-of-day payment batching Requirements:
High School Graduate
Relevant experience in customer service
Preferred: Healthcare-related experience
Robust multitasking and communication abilities
