Deliver compassionate nursing care at Riverview Gardens in Chatham, ON, as a Casual Registered Practical Nurse focused on long-term care. Support residents through quality health management practices. We are looking for dedicated Registered Practical Nurses to join our Riverview Gardens team.

This permanent casual position involves providing direct nursing care for residents, including medication administration and routine health assessments. You’ll also lead a team of PSWs to promote optimal care, ensuring compliance with the College of Nurses of Ontario and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medication and monitor resident health
Lead and train Personal Support Workers in care duties




Conduct health assessments and document changes
Collaborate with healthcare specialists for improved care
Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations Requirements:
Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred
Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
