In this full time position, you will report to the Controls Supervisor and maintain all electrical systems.
You are expected to perform installation, calibration, and routine checks on instrumentation. Leading a skilled work team and focusing on safety protocols are also essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Direct and conduct maintenance on electrical equipment
Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation systems
Perform monthly and annual maintenance checks
Lead a skilled work team under supervision
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Diploma in Instrumentation Controls Technology or equivalent
5 years of experience in electrical maintenance
Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certification required
Proven problem resolution and leadership skills
Ability to comply with safety protocols and training Support the productive operation and safety of Nova Scotia Power’s facilities through your expertise in electrical systems.
