Join the Okanagan Indian Band as a Family Strengthening Worker to assist families facing challenges. This role is essential in fostering community wellness and support for youth and children. Implement family service plans to meet client needs
Liaise with schools and social service agencies




Develop workshops focused on holistic wellness
Ensure confidentiality in client information
Participate in community events and emergency services Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
At least two years in a related field
Experience working with First Nations
Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain Utilize your communication and organizational skills to empower families within the Okanagan Indian Band community.
